•The item was made incorrectly (e.g. spelling error not due to customer input)

•It was damaged during delivery

•Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth – avoid abrasive materials.

•Do not soak or use harsh chemicals or cleaners.

•Avoid high heat – not dishwasher or microwave safe.

•Store in a case to protect from scratches and damage.

•Do not freeze – extreme temperatures may damage the design.
